1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern all sales and services provided by Lilypaddy Pte. Ltd..
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
1.3 The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
2.1 We take great care to ensure our plants are healthy and accurately represented on our website.
2.2 Minor variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to the natural growth process of plants.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days or available for pickup within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Timings may change during the peak season.
3.2 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are capped at $15 for delivery within Singapore and $0.20 for pickup.
3.3 Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
3.4 Plant Safety: We package our plants securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, slight damage during transit may occur due to the nature of live plants.
4. Collection Policy
4.1 Customers opting for self-collection must check their plants upon receipt.
4.2 Plants must be collected within 7 days from the available date.
4.3 If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
4.4 Once the plant is collected, the customer acknowledges that it has been inspected and accepted in good condition. No returns will be processed after then.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
5.1 Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only eligible if the plant is determined to be in poor condition upon delivery, and not due to mishandling by the customer.
5.2 Inspection: Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the plant by contacting support@lilypaddy.com.
5.3 Decision Authority: The company reserves the sole right to determine if a return or exchange is warranted based on the condition of the plant.
5.4 Exclusions: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for plants that have been damaged, mishandled, or neglected after delivery or collection.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds will only be provided if a return is approved by the company.
6.2 Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and issued via the original payment method.
6.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Customer Responsibility
7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring proper care of the plants after delivery or collection.
7.2 Care instructions, if provided, should be followed to maintain plant health.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Lilypaddy Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of our products.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
